Marble Flooring Rust Remover

Method Statement of Marble Polish Grinding /Grouting:First we removed Layer of Dust from stone to clear the marble levels after this we grinding the stone for zero level. Once the Stone has been required, grinding is done to even out the surface. In this procedure, few Microns of the top layer of marble is removed by using various size of Diamond Pads. The process will not impact the thickness of the stone as only a few microns of the stone surface are removed to expose a fresh layer of surface and enhance the stone’s natural colour and pattern. Any visible stains on the surface of marble are also removed by this process.Crack, Pit, Joint Repair & Filling:In the next stage chemicals are used to fill and repair scratches/joints/cracks on the marble surface. The chemicals used are Tenax (JD Bond) , Acme Fillers and Epoxy. These are non-corrosive, non-hazardous chemicals and therefore safe to use. For Mirror shine we process 9 coats Polish on marble surface.
